1General Terms & Conditions

Marikl is an online Sports Betting platform operating under an international license. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes and is intended for adults only.

By using Marikl's services, you confirm that:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• You are using this service for yourself and for personal use only.
• You are not subject to any professional ban related to betting.
• All funds deposited are legally obtained and free from any illicit source.

2Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on Marikl, you must provide accurate and complete information. Marikl reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may only register one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is not permitted.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

2.2 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. The following documents may be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Mobile wallet number verification (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket).
• A bank statement or utility bill copy may be required.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are currently accepted on Marikl:

• Mobile Pay: Minimum ৳200, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Cash: Minimum ৳200, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Rocket: Minimum ৳200, maximum ৳30,000 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳500, processing time 1–3 hours.

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If your deposit hasn't appeared within 1 hour, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if the following conditions are not met:

• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If there is an active bonus on the account and the wagering requirements have not been met.
• Suspected suspicious activity on the account.

4Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Marikl approves an exception under special circumstances. Marikl reserves the right to void any bet placed during a technical issue or odds error.

4.2 Odds Changes

If the odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply. However, in live betting, odds can shift rapidly and there may be a difference between the odds at the time of submission and at the time of confirmation.

4.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is cancelled or results are not declared within the specified timeframe, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled match will be removed and the remaining selections recalculated accordingly.

4.4 Maximum Winnings Cap

Marikl sets the maximum payout from a single bet, and this limit varies across different markets and events — higher-profile matches typically carry higher limits. Check the relevant market for details.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Marikl offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if the wagering requirement is 5x and you receive a ৳1000 bonus, you must place ৳5000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Bonuses have a limited validity period — typically 7 to 30 days.
• Bets placed with bonus funds generally require minimum odds of 1.50.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses may only apply to specific markets or games.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, using bots, or employing any other fraudulent method to exploit the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and closure of the account.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the marikl platform:

• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Involvement in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using or attempting to hack into another person's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting platform technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to carry out cyberattacks or disrupt marikl's servers.

Any involvement in the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

7Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Marikl's Rights

Marikl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Terms and conditions violation.
• Registering with false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Bonus abuse.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

7.2 User Rights

8Limitation of Liability

Marikl is not liable for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by third-party payment gateway delays.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service interruption due to unforeseen technical issues.

Marikl makes every effort to keep the platform available 24/7, but service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or emergency situations.
